Terms and conditions

  • Inclusive minutes exclude international destinations.

  • Installation includes (once-off)(where required):

    • All extension setups and configurations on DataCall platform.

    • All IP phone setups and configurations with DataCall platform.

    • Destination limiting per extension (i.e.; no international, only local, no mobile calls, etc).

    • Interactive-voice-recording (IVR) setup.

    • Ring group setup and configuration strategy.

    • Operation times setup and configuration.

    • Physical call out to customer site (50KM radius from Rosebank, Johannesburg).

  • Installation excludes:

    • Physical cabled “VoIP-ready” network installation.

    • Number porting costs (if required).

  • What is a VoIP-ready network?

    • High quality network switches (PoE and layer-2 functionality highly recommended).

    • High quality ethernet cabling installed (Cat5e or Cat6 preferred).

    • All ethernet termination points and cables are marked for identification.

    • All ethernet is terminated and marked on a patch panel (not required if less than 10 cables, but recommended)

  • Bring your own IP phone – we will endeavour to assist with installation of all non-proprietary provided IP phones. We however make no guarantee all customer provided IP phones with function correctly or at all with the DataCall voice IPPBX platform. Recommended handsets include brands such as Yealink (preferred), Grandstream, Gigaset and Snom.
